Phase 1

Discovery

We collaborate with leadership to understand the current business state, gather market insights, and define a compelling vision for the platform’s future, based on deep market research already conducted.

Phase 2

Strategic Design

We align on core strategic choices—defining “where to play” (e.g., customer segments, services, geographies) and “how to win” (e.g., value proposition, GTM, differentiators)—and establish the five-year exit profile and growth formula.

Phase 3

Business Model Blueprint

We design the target operating model across people, process, and technology—including workflows, tech stack, KPIs, org structure, and M&A strategy—ensuring alignment with the strategic vision.

Phase 4

Initiative Planning

We develop a sequenced initiative portfolio with clear owners, milestones, and business cases. Initiatives are loaded into Monday.com, and supported by Access’s A2C capabilities to drive execution.

Phase 5

Governance Setup

We implement a Strategic PMO with tracking systems, reporting cadence, change management, and accountability structures to oversee execution. Weekly/bi-weekly governance rhythms ensure sustained momentum.

Performance Management

We establish KPI dashboards and conduct bi-annual Modern Business Sufficiency diagnostics to measure progress toward the Destination Plan and continuously refine strategies through annual refreshes.
